Patient Advocate - LVN

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a patient-centered focus through positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff
• Prioritize patient needs throughout their stay, answer questions, resolve issues, run errands, and provide meals
• Engage with patients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome and delivering refreshments
• Organize, plan, and prioritize workflow within the Hospitality Department
• Complete administrative tasks, including proper documentation of Van Usage Log, Credit Card Log, and supply receipts
• Maintain patient rooms and common areas within the facility
• Coordinate inventory, pick up bulk orders, and restock supplies
• Participate in community marketing events

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse diploma or certification
• Previous customer service experience; direct patient care preferred
• Current driver's license with no restrictions
• Ability to provide efficient customer service in a high-volume, high-stress environment
• Flexibility to meet scheduling demands
• Associate Degree
