Patient Access Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate second-shift Patient Access activities, including registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance
• Drive compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle best practices
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff to foster a culture of excellence
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalated issues and maintain a seamless patient experience
• Support staffing plans, schedule adherence, and resource allocation for optimal second-shift coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting
• 1–2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows
• Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work onsite at facilities in Springfield, MA
