Responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding and managing financial responsibilities related to medical care

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services quality auditing
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control standards
• Proven experience conducting audits and preparing detailed reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train staff on quality standards and industry best practices
