The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Manage administrative tasks to support clinic operations
• Coordinate patient flow
• Maintain accurate records to facilitate high-quality healthcare delivery
• Ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of 10 key
• Ability to comprehend, retain and apply given information
• Professional demeanor and excellent public relation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively calm patients and deal with distressed or agitated patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in office procedures
• Medical terminology knowledge
