- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
- Work directly with inventors and scientists in a client-facing capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on intellectual property matters
- Utilize patent databases and search tools to support patent prosecution
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with healthcare technologies and related ML/AI technologies
- Proven experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications
- USPTO registration
- Active admission to the state bar of the jurisdiction of location (for attorneys)
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
