- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Manage matters across most areas of Biotechnology and related life sciences
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology or a related discipline
- Registration with the USPTO
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one state bar
- Experience with patent drafting and prosecution
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or general life science patent matters
- Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic credentials in technical and legal areas
