About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Handle ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel PTAB proceedings
- Draft high-quality written work product such as briefs, motions, and client communications
- Collaborate with technical experts to master complex technologies and present persuasive arguments
- Participate in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs
- Engage with SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Experience with patent litigation in federal district court
- Experience with ITC (Section 337) investigations
- Experience with or interest in SEPs/FRAND and telecommunications/multimedia standards
- Experience with PTAB proceedings (IPRs)
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
