Responsibilities

• Manage patent prosecution processes
• Draft patent applications
• Prioritize and manage case assignments
• Effectively delegate tasks as appropriate
• Present information and respond to professional inquiries
• Contribute to improvements in work processes

Requirements

• Patent prosecution experience including application drafting
• Registration to practice before the USPTO
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under deadlines
