Responsibilities
- Perform patent prosecution tasks related to computer science and engineering technologies
- Support intellectual property management and technical analysis
- Prepare for and pass the USPTO registration exam if not already a registered patent agent
Requirements
- Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering
- Prior patent prosecution experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant technical field
- Equivalent industry experience
