- Prior patent prosecution experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to take and pass the USPTO registration exam within one year if not already a registered patent agent
Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant field
- Equivalent industry experience
