- Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
- Law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with business leaders, attorneys, scientists, and patent examiners
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with sound judgment and a strong work ethic
