Patch Sewer

Responsibilities

• Stitch and sew leather details into apparel
• Prepare work by gathering and sorting materials
• Set up and maintain single needle sewing machines
• Adjust machine performance and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Work within set time constraints to complete tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Experience with single needle machine operation preferred
• Familiarity with sewing machine setup and fabric sewing
• Basic measuring skills
• Ability to sew according to design specification sheets
• Ability to handle a physical workload and stand for prolonged periods
• High degree of manual dexterity and visual attention
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of manufacturing experience with single needle machines
• Previous experience with high-end luxury clothing
