Pastry Salon Server

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the pastry salon, including opening and closing procedures
• Organize the presentation of pastries to ensure a refined and welcoming atmosphere
• Supervise and coordinate the local team to guarantee high-quality service, especially during tea-time
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes and expert advice on pastry creations
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the salon in compliance with hygiene standards
• Ensure all products are fresh and perfectly presented at all times

• Proven experience in hospitality or high-end customer service
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills
