Responsibilities
- Design and lead pastry workshops, defining and supervising menus, cards, and productions
- Coach and support students in their academic and professional progression
- Ensure a high-quality student experience by aligning productions with various points of sale
- Innovate and propose new products, organizing their implementation in production
- Manage your brigade and ensure the economic and pedagogical performance of the activity
- Act as a professional role model for students
- Participate in admission activities and assist with certain management tasks
Requirements
- Professional training in pastry or bakery (CAP, BM, MC, Bac pro, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar instructional or leadership role
- Fluency in French is mandatory
- Knowledge of English is considered a strong asset
- Strong sense of organization, rigor, and initiative
- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
