Responsibilities
- Prepare and present desserts, pastries, bread and other baked goods to the highest standard
- Develop seasonal dessert menus together with the Head Chef
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all pastry production
- Contribute to breakfast service with freshly baked products
- Participate in special events, private dining experiences and culinary concepts
- Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance
- Contribute to a positive, professional and inspiring kitchen environment
Requirements
- Experience as a Pastry Chef or strong experience in pastry and dessert production
- Passion for craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-end kitchen with ambitious quality standards
- Fluent English (Norwegian or Scandinavian language is an advantage)
- Valid work permit or legal right to work within the EU/EEA
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence
