Pastry Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked items according to brand standards
• Manage the pastry section to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient production
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dessert concepts and seasonal menu items
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage stock levels, and oversee proper storage procedures
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices within the pastry station

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong background in professional pastry production
• Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and artistic dessert presentation
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for the pastry arts
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
