About the role
Responsibilities
- Create unique and authentic flavors for various F&B venues including breakfast, Room Service, Bar Gaggiano, and Il Porticciolo
- Prepare high-quality pastries and leavened products to delight guests
- Lead and supervise commis chefs with attention and respect
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant
- Ability to manage priorities and stress during service
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Italian language proficiency is preferred
- Valid work authorization for Italy (for non-EU candidates)
