Pastry Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the production of cakes, desserts, and breads
• Execute specialized pastry and bakery recipes
• Perform daily Mise en Place
• Store products in assigned containers and equipment at appropriate temperatures
• Execute dosing, mixing, kneading, refining, beating, and decorating techniques
• Support the closing process at the end of the shift
• Assist Pastry, Baker, and Pastry Chef supervisors
• Apply HACCP standards, LQA standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM)
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Requirements

• Technical degree or graduate in Pastry, Confectionery, Bakery, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic English level (spoken and written)
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and organization standards
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
