Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pastoral Relations team with new initiatives being introduced to churches nationwide
- Coordinate national projects and engage directly with pastors
- Help bring new opportunities and resources into churches
- Build relationships with pastors and communicate vision
- Perform both administrative and front-facing tasks to expand a national network of faith leaders
Requirements
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
- Passion for uniting the church around primary doctrine
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Punctual and responsive with great time management
- Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs and sit/stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Event planning experience
- Data research and analysis skills
- Previous involvement with Turning Point USA or another conservative non-profit
- Previous attendance at a TPUSA event
