About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) at the site
- Collaborate on continuous improvement activities and process standardization
- Assist in analyzing operational performance through key indicators
- Generate reports and tracking dashboards
- Participate in Zero Loss and 100% Ownership culture initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional areas to collect and organize operational information
- Contribute to the documentation and updating of internal procedures
Requirements
- Advanced student in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of production processes and industrial operations
- Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to observe floor processes and detect improvement opportunities
- Availability to work 20 hours per week onsite in San Fernando, Buenos Aires
