Pasante de Excelencia Operacional (HAPS)

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) at the site
• Collaborate on continuous improvement activities and process standardization
• Assist in analyzing operational performance through key indicators
• Generate reports and tracking dashboards
• Participate in Zero Loss and 100% Ownership culture initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional areas to collect and organize operational information
• Contribute to the documentation and updating of internal procedures

Requirements

• Advanced student in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of production processes and industrial operations
• Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is desirable
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Ability to observe floor processes and detect improvement opportunities
• Availability to work 20 hours per week onsite in San Fernando, Buenos Aires
