PAS - Global Mobility Immigration, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage a high level of casework, coordinating all requirements of the business immigration process from initial consultation to documentation preparation.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of application submissions to authorities.
• Monitor regulatory changes within the Malaysia immigration domain to guide clients on necessary process updates.
• Assist Senior Managers and Managers with engagement management and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize shifting workloads in a dynamic industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intricate knowledge of Malaysia immigration legislation, policy, and procedures.
