Parts Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound parts, including new parts, cores, and returns, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities
• Stock and organize items in correct warehouse locations to maintain an efficient inventory system
• Process orders for will-call or customer delivery and manage front and back counter tickets
• Package products securely and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, or interbranch services
• Handle large shipments by palletizing, shrink wrapping, and creating Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments
• Manage vendor returns for damaged or excess parts and process warranty parts for inspection
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or shipping/receiving roles
• Strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Capability to maintain physical stamina for warehouse tasks
• Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a trucking or automotive parts department
• Familiarity with computer inventory systems and MS Office
