Parts & Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips and purchase orders
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations and perform cycle counts
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and technician orders for shipment or pickup
• Assist walk-in customers and technicians with parts identification and sales
• Process parts sales and research replacement parts using manufacturer breakdowns
• Coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the company ERP system
• Collaborate with dispatch and service technicians to ensure parts availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet throughout the day
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse, inventory, or parts experience
• Previous parts counter sales or customer service experience
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with commercial equipment parts
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software
• Experience using inventory or ERP software
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
