Parts Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and margin objectives for the assigned territory and individual dealers.
• Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure budget achievement and identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in alignment with objectives.
• Visit the dealer network on a regular basis to ensure business objectives are met.
• Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide timely forecast updates.
• Conduct marketplace studies to determine competitive activity and develop action plans to recover business.
• Suggest parts marketing programs to improve revenue and profit for CNH and Importers.
• Support market intelligence for central parts market development initiatives.
• Optimize dealer inventory to ensure maximum customer order fill rates and satisfaction.
• Assist dealers and points of sale in resolving parts shipment and supply issues.
• Update and train dealers on parts-related IT tools and systems.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in a service-related function or engineering role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office and other communication tools.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand.
