Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring sales objectives, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and compliance by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with integrity and strong decision-making ability.
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
