Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring objectives, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and maintaining clear communication.
• Oversee parts sales and inventory optimization, including returns and merchandising.
• Enforce safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs are met.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to make effective decisions and demonstrate integrity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
