About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
- Manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly
- Enforce company safety standards and promote risk management practices
- Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements
- Proven leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive retail
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
