Parts Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retail clients, fleet operators, and service centers
• Provide expert product recommendations based on vehicle specifications and application requirements
• Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and technical specifications
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to meet profitability targets
• Utilize CRM and parts management systems to track sales and inventory
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in automotive parts or related industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components
• Proficiency with CRM software and parts management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Technical aptitude for learning product specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
• Bilingual capabilities in English and local language
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
