About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retail clients, fleet operators, and service centers
- Provide expert product recommendations based on vehicle specifications and application requirements
- Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, pricing, and technical specifications
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to meet profitability targets
- Utilize CRM and parts management systems to track sales and inventory
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in automotive parts or related industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components
- Proficiency with CRM software and parts management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Technical aptitude for learning product specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Bilingual capabilities in English and local language
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
