Parts Runner Shipping & Receiving

Responsibilities

• Pick up parts from vendors and customers and deliver them to technicians and customers in the field
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including checking in freight and shipping out packages
• Unload freight using a forklift and stock parts on warehouse shelves
• Perform cycle counts on inventory and fill back orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and ensure parts trucks are clean and inspected monthly
• Accurately input data and perform routine mathematical calculations for reports

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience in clerical and shipping/receiving roles
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
• Ability to wear steel-toed shoes or boots

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
