About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process out of service parts into the computerized maintenance system
- Track out of service cores for timely return and dispatch against purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal departments and operational bases to meet repair requirements
- Identify appropriate suppliers and prepare purchase orders
- Prepare shipping documents and communicate with shipping clerks
- Organize the quarantine of unserviceable parts
- Liaise with domestic and international service providers for part returns
- Execute duties within approved maintenance procedures and Transports Canada regulations
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotational schedule for aircraft on ground (AOG)
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Computer literacy in MS Office environment
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Autonomy, dynamism, and attention to detail
- Bilingualism is an asset
