About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process out of service parts into the computerized maintenance system
  • Track out of service cores for timely return and dispatch against purchase orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments and operational bases to meet repair requirements
  • Identify appropriate suppliers and prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare shipping documents and communicate with shipping clerks
  • Organize the quarantine of unserviceable parts
  • Liaise with domestic and international service providers for part returns
  • Execute duties within approved maintenance procedures and Transports Canada regulations
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotational schedule for aircraft on ground (AOG)

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Computer literacy in MS Office environment
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Autonomy, dynamism, and attention to detail
  • Bilingualism is an asset
