About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process unserviceable parts in the computerized maintenance system
- Track unserviceable parts for rapid return from the field and appropriate shipment
- Collaborate with internal departments and operational bases for repair and service needs
- Identify appropriate suppliers and prepare/issue purchase orders
- Prepare shipping documents and communicate with shipping clerks
- Maintain organized quarantine for unusable parts
- Liaise with domestic and international service providers for timely return of repaired parts
- Execute tasks within approved maintenance procedures and Transport Canada regulations
- Act as on-call buyer for 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) rotation
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC)
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer environments
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Autonomy, dynamism, initiative, and attention to detail
- Bilingualism (French/English)
