About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop parts procurement plans for service parts in advance of vehicle launch and maintain throughout the life-cycle
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define parts volume requirements
- Define and manage optimal stock levels and composition to meet service level KPIs
- Implement and leverage emerging AI solutions for aftersales parts planning efficiencies
- Create and implement strategies for distributing stock across PDCs and retail locations
- Identify Key Performance Indicators to manage program efficiency
- Organize and document processes to capture Aftersales requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Automotive Aftersales with a focus on parts forecasting and management
- Experience using demand planning systems for scenario planning and consumption forecasts
- Strong knowledge of ERP, product life-cycle management, EDI communication, and bills of material
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and product compliance
- High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a global supply base
