Parts Outfitter Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories based on their needs and budget
• Support technicians by pulling requested parts and verifying compatibility for service bays
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Organize parts shelves, storage areas, and displays for accessibility and cleanliness
• Process customer orders via phone, in-person, and online, including quotes and returns
• Communicate with vendors to check availability, pricing, and track special orders
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving stock discrepancies

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of RV or vehicle systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency with computers and parts-management software
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in RV parts, automotive parts, or hardware retail
