About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing
- Obtain and prepare parts quotes
- Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules
Requirements
- 2+ years of parts management or supervisory experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
- Exceptional customer service, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry
