About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing
  • Obtain and prepare parts quotes
  • Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
  • Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors
  • Confirm invoice accuracy
  • Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • 2+ years of parts management or supervisory experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with budgeting
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
  • Exceptional customer service, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry
