Parts Management Specialist - Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Warranty Parts Management (WPM) Country Responsible team for European markets and dealer networks.
• Support Vehicle Off Road (VOR) processes by preparing daily and monthly reports.
• Provide dealer support by responding to Support Line Tool (SLT) tickets regarding parts return flows.
• Report monthly out-of-line performance of logistics carriers and markets.
• Manage day-to-day departmental administrative tasks, including database file uploads and Excel updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, or automotive sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and adapt to evolving business needs.
