Parts Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and accessories to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis
• Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries
• Assist in the picking and loading of customer orders for delivery
• Ensure correct orders are loaded and identify any shortfalls or remedial actions required
• Perform additional routines including sorting and handling parts at the beginning of shifts
• Promote the sale of parts at all times and support the parts department as required

Requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence with a maximum of 3 points
• Experience in a customer service-driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
• Experience working within a parts store or in stock control
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy parts following manual handling guidelines
• Computer literacy to work with in-house systems and Outlook email
• Strong organisational skills
