Parts Counterman

Responsibilities

• Sell and source Mopar parts and accessories across retail, wholesale, and internal channels
• Support technicians at the back counter to ensure timely part delivery
• Build and maintain wholesale accounts by quoting and delivering parts to body shops and fleet customers
• Process special orders, manage backorders, and proactively follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, stocking, locating, and cycle-counting
• Handle warranty parts, cores, and returns according to manufacturer guidelines
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements

• Prior dealership parts counter experience
• CDJR or Mopar parts knowledge strongly preferred
• Proficiency with dealership DMS (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, or similar) and electronic parts catalogs
• Strong product knowledge or ability to learn vehicle systems and part numbers quickly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug testing
