Parts Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain clean, well-organized displays
• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ year of parts retail experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented approach to inventory and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CDK or Lightspeed inventory/POS systems
