About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and supplying correct automotive and heavy earthmoving machinery parts
- Use computer systems, electronic catalogs, and diagrams to look up parts by make, model, or serial number
- Perform needs assessments by inspecting defective parts and recommending companion accessories or related products
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering specialty items, and organizing incoming shipments
- Coordinate with in-house mechanics and service advisors to ensure parts match repair estimates and arrive on time
- Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and invoice handling, while maintaining detailed CRM documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in Parts Sales, specifically with vehicles or Heavy Machinery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
