About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding order change scenarios and priorities
- Alert customers and overseas plants regarding pipeline inventory delays and organize emergency shipments
- Organize weekly meetings with destination plants to review supplier performance, logistics, and demand analysis
- Ensure inventory landing targets are achieved in accordance with Renault Corporate Targets
- Monitor weekly customer and plant orders against supplier delivery plans
- Manage special inbound and outbound transport requirements
- Analyze premium freight requirements using Gantt charts to protect customer production lines
- Coordinate shipment plans with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery of correct quantities
- Manage workload and provide coaching for Parts Controllers
- Report delivery performance to management, customers, and corporate entities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of professional experience (Senior level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Tamil or Hindi
- Knowledge of Renault EDI systems (LISA / SI2C) to manage order flows
- Strong logical approach to problem-solving and disciplined time management
