Parts and Stock Planner

Responsibilities

• Process inventory movements accurately using BPCS, M3, or other ERP systems
• Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse documentation
• Manage breakdown orders, parts issuing, and consignment stock activities
• Support parts sales, order expediting, and regional distribution of spares and equipment
• Conduct stock counts and ensure effective management of consumables and Goods in Transit (GIT)
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, security, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
• Participate in daily performance meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Knowledge of Epiroc products and procedures
• Supervisory skills related to directing and supervising warehouse staff
• Computer literacy, specifically with the BPCS or M3 inventory module and Excel proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and logistics teams
• Strong self-management character with process ownership and business acumen
• Ability to understand the complete flow of goods through a warehouse
