Parts and Materials Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory to support the Maintenance Department and aircraft availability
• Ensure parts are correctly kitted and assigned to appropriate aircraft
• Order parts from manufacturers and approved vendors
• Conduct market research for material pricing, availability, and component repairs
• Receive and inspect parts to ensure serviceability
• Maintain accurate counts and records of daily transactions, consumables, and tools
• Package and issue materials according to work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized materials department
• Verify tool and equipment calibration status

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 0-3 years of related experience
• General knowledge of aviation regulations and standards
• Experience with inventory control and clerical tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat shipping certification
• Forklift operator certification
