Parts and Accessories Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact person for the workshop and customers regarding spare parts and accessories
• Ensure rapid and smooth supply of parts and accessories to maintain customer satisfaction and service workflows
• Advise customers and sales colleagues on parts and accessories
• Ensure optimal supply through the use of inventory management systems
• Handle goods issue for workshop order processing at the workshop counter
• Perform general warehouse tasks including tire storage and inventory counts

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the automotive industry (Automotive Merchant, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Logistics Specialist)
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• High affinity for vehicles, parts, and accessories
• Technical understanding
• Structured and service-oriented way of working
