Responsibilities

• Act as the contact person for the workshop and our customers for spare parts and accessories
• Ensure the fastest possible and smooth supply of parts and accessories for customer satisfaction and smooth service processes
• Advise customers and sales colleagues regarding parts and accessories
• Ensure optimal parts and accessory supply using appropriate systems and inventory management
• Issue goods for workshop order processing at the workshop counter
• Perform general warehouse activities such as wheel storage and inventories

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist for storage and logistics in automotive trade, automotive merchant, automotive mechatronics technician, or similar vocational profession
• Alternatively, comparable training with many years of experience in material issuance or parts/accessory sales
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• High affinity for vehicles and parts/accessories
• Technical understanding
• Structured and service-oriented way of working
