Partnerships Strategy & Ops Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of partnerships, growth, operations, and strategy
• Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, referral sources, and provider groups
• Own partnership initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through launch and optimization
• Analyze partnership performance to improve growth, conversion, and operational efficiency
• Define new processes, workflows, and technologies to solve complex, first-pass problems
• Work closely with the Founder and business leaders to build the operational foundation for nationwide scaling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business operations, consulting, growth, or business development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work in-person in New York City 5 days a week
• High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
