Responsibilities

• Design category strategies across travel, delivery, retail, fintech, and lifestyle verticals
• Build financial models to evaluate partnership opportunities, LTV impact, and contribution margins
• Develop scalable partnership playbooks and deal frameworks
• Source, negotiate, and close partnerships to expand the $FLY network
• Structure revenue share, commission, and co-marketing deals
• Own partnership P&L, tracking margins, redemption costs, and ROI
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams

Requirements

• 2-4 years in banking or strategy/BD roles at investment banking institutions or high-growth startups
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and build financial models
• Strong commercial instincts regarding unit economics and portfolio optimization
• Track record of moving from analysis to execution and closing deals
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight in ambiguous environments
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive-level synthesis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with affiliate networks, cashback programs, or loyalty platforms
• Knowledge of major metropolitan dining scenes
• Background in fintech, payments, or consumer marketplace business models
