Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall performance of the Airwallex Partner Program to drive revenue growth and ecosystem adoption
• Collaborate with executive staff, sales leadership, product management, and marketing to design new program initiatives
• Own the design and implementation of the Airwallex Partner Program components in the market
• Develop and manage partner pricing, incentives, and promotional offerings
• Execute recruitment and awareness initiatives to ensure continued partner growth and success
• Define program governance and develop solutions to drive partner productivity and skills
• Establish and report on critical partner program KPIs to ensure alignment with company objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Program Management or Partner Enablement
• Proven experience managing Global Partner Programs and initiatives (referral, enablement, and recruitment)
• Hands-on experience managing Partnerstack or similar partner tooling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to accelerate business results
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence to convey complex information to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and execute complex projects end-to-end
