About the role
Responsibilities
- Personally close high-value partnership deals across RoW markets, owning the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-market team of Partnership Account Executives within a decentralized, matrix structure.
- Act as a senior closer on complex or strategic deals to support team performance.
- Define and execute the partnerships go-to-market strategy for expanding regions.
- Identify, recruit, and develop a strong partner ecosystem, including resellers and distribution networks.
- Create commercial infrastructure such as partner onboarding plans and enablement frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Direct experience operating in strategic markets such as UK&I, Middle East, Africa, Poland, or South-Eastern/Central-Eastern Europe.
- Strong expertise in partnerships and channel sales (resellers, affiliates, or agencies).
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to be based in Barcelona, Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Portuguese, Polish, Greek).
- Knowledge of HR tech, SaaS, or Payroll environments.
- Experience leading channel sales or reseller teams across multiple international markets.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to manage and analyze sales pipelines.
