About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage the DST/FOS team in the assigned market, providing on-ground support and performance tracking.
- Identify and engage with SMEs, corporates, and retail outlets (restaurants, hotels, salons, etc.) to pitch and close Tide Card partnerships.
- Take full ownership of the acquisition pipeline, managing active and prospective leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners across various hospitality and retail segments.
- Provide ongoing product training and support to onboarded partners to drive long-term success.
- Coordinate monthly partner activation campaigns and app-based marketing initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving operational and technical queries.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and partner trends to refine regional growth strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total work experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing FOS (Feet on Street) or Card Sales teams.
- Proven experience in Fintech or prepaid card sales.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and scale field sales teams from scratch.
- Strong ownership mindset with a creative, solutions-driven approach to business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and utilize grassroots insights to shape strategy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
